Section 1274. - Determination of Issue Price in the Case of Certain Debt Instruments Issued for Property

For purposes of section 1274(d) of the Internal Revenue Code, the short-term, mid-term, and long-term applicable federal rates (AFR) for the month of July 1987 are as follows:

As described in Rev. Rul. 86-17, 1986-1 C.B. 377, for purposes of section 7872(e)(2) of the Code, the 'blended annual rate' for 1987 is 6.81 percent.
